Monk-san :D

[EDIT 10/12/09]: Monk-san has beaten my FMA wallpaper for most favorites xD

[EDIT 10/28/10]: wow I didn't know that my simple sketch would get so many favorites O___O

spent last week watching Ghost Hunt episodes with my sis and our favorite character was Takigawa Houshou ^_^ (I usually forget his real name since they call him by his nickname "Monk-san" in the manga and anime most of the time)...

sketched out my own chibi version of him in about 10 mins and did a quick coloring job...I think I've finally developed my own style !...not sure the japanese characters are right (I used wiki for it)...I think I'm gonna make my signature in this pic as a brush too ^^...as for the shoes, I couldn't find any pictures that showed his whole body (most of the ones I found either showed his upper half or would show him from the knee up) so I just stuck sneakers on him...

...ehhh I got lazy on the background so I just did a simple gradient XP....
